Before using our services, please read these terms carefully.
Ownership of the Designs
By availing of our graphic design services, you acknowledge that the final logo design created by our team is your intellectual property. You are the sole owner of the rights, title, and interest in the logo design. We do not claim any ownership rights in the logo design created by us.
Use of Logo in Personal Portfolio
You acknowledge that we may use your logo design in our personal portfolio or marketing materials, including but not limited to our website, social media channels, and other promotional materials. We may also showcase the logo design in design competitions or awards. By availing of our services, you grant us a non-exclusive, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and modify the logo design for these purposes.
Confidentiality
We value your privacy and understand the importance of confidentiality. We will not disclose any information about your logo design or your business to any third party without your express consent. We will keep all information confidential and secure and only use it to create your logo design.
Intellectual Property Rights
You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any content, including images, text, and graphics, that you provide to us for the logo design. You agree to indemnify us against any claims or damages arising from any infringement of intellectual property rights caused by your use of such content.
Payment
Payment for our services will be made according to the terms specified in the invoice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate our services if payment is not made promptly.
Project Initiation, Payment Obligations, and Revision

Payment Deadline: Upon receipt of the invoice, a two-week timeframe will be provided for payment. Failure to pay within this period will result in a payment reminder for one additional week. Afterwards, a late fee of 10% will be added for each subsequent month until payment is completed.

Refunding Policy: The first 50% payment is for the study and research of the project, which means once the study of the project is initiated, the refunding of the first 50% is not possible

Remaining Payment Obligation: Upon selecting a design concept and initiating the first revision round, you will be required to fulfil the remaining 50% of the design package price.

Project Cancellation Policy: Project cancellation is possible before the timeframe of the project, which means before the study and research of the project, in this case, you can have your refund of the first 50% payment.
Cancellation is also possible after receiving the design presentations, but the refunding of the first 50% payment is not possible in this case
